Shooting Club Olimpiets 95 -2
The Shooting Sport Club Olimpiets was founded in the end of 2006 according to the initiative of the Russian Shooting Union and it was supported by the government of St. Petersburg in order to develop Olympic shooting sports, to provide the children and junior sport school with the necessary facilities and equipment and to create the shooting grounds for professionals and amateurs.
The founders of SSC Olimpiets are Russian Shooting Union and Open Joint-Stock Company “Morskoy Port Sankt-Peterburg”.
The territory of the whole complex has an area of 15 hectares and it has shooting grounds for the Olympic shooting sports: 3 traps, 3 skeets and shooting grounds for compact-sporting. More than 100 target launching machines and electronic equipment of traps and shooting grounds provide the opportunity to launch moving targets automatically.
